The Great County Park Project 2021

So! Nathan and I decided that we need exercise, an excuse to get out of the house, free fun, and a goal. Our goal is to visit every county park in Dane County (Wisconsin USA, where we live). We made a spreadsheet, it’s 66 parks in all. Dane County Parks also has a really good web page.

We started last week when we visited Cherokee Marsh, which has a lovely (short) trail that was perfect for us. Nathan and I are rather out of shape, me more than him, so we’re going at it gradually. Got to be nice to the body.

I’ll document our progress and post pictures. Today we are going to Badger Prairie.
