No Bake Energy Bites

I found this recipe a couple of years ago, I don’t remember where I got it originally. A little bite of instant energy!

1 C rolled oats

1/2 C mini semi-Sweet chocolate chips

1/2 C ground flax seed

1/2 C crunchy peanut butter

1/3 C honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all, form into balls using your hands. Arrange energy bites on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour.

You might want to double the recipe! If your hands are clean and a little wet the balls form better. Keep them in the freezer.
