Wonderful Polish Cake

Holy cow, people. I just came across this video while wasting time on YouTube. The Gods of the internet ordained that I would find this video today. A bright halo of loveliness glittered off my computer and a shiver ran down my spine. Ohhhh it looks so yummy. I’m totally going to make this amazeballs cake tomorrow. You should, too. Bet you have everything you need in your fridge.

Wonderful Polish cake -

For the dough -

150 gr of flour (1 + 1/2 CUP)

100 ml of water (1/2 CUP)

100 ml of milk (1/2 CUP)

80 gr of butter (1/3 CUP)

4 eggs

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt -

For the cream -

500 ml of milk

150 gr of sugar (1 + 1/2 CUP)

100 gr of flour (1 CUP)

2 eggs 180 gr of butter (3/4 cup)
