Cherry Bubble

Nathan insists on calling it “Cherry Buble.” This recipe works equally well for Breakfast or Dessert, or for making an extra and giving it to your neighbor.

And here’s the recipe I made, inspired by various video I saw on Facebook, and tested several times in my kitchen to get the timing right:

Cherry Bubble

1 can jumbo biscuits (butter flavor) (The tube that contains 5 biscuits)

Cut each into 4ths

1 can cherry pie filling

Mix with biscuit pieces

Spray baking dish

Spread mix in dish

Bake @ 350 for 25 to 35 minutes (I found I needed 35 minutes, I baked it for 25, but tinfoil over it to prevent burning, and baked for the final 10 minutes).

1/2 cup powdered sugar and

1 Tbsp milk

(Or my version of the icing which is so much better: ½ C powdered sugar and 3 tbsp heavy cream)

Mix into icing

Cut a piece of bubble and put it on a plate.

Drizzle with icing

Serve yummy
